Is the free guide really free?

Yes, absolutely. The Anxiety Management Guide is a free resource we created to help the Brisbane community access practical mental health tools. There is no obligation to purchase anything, and we will not ask for payment details.

Do you offer in-person counseling in Brisbane?

Yes, we provide telehealth sessions across Queensland and limited in-person appointments at our West End location. Contact us for availability. All sessions are confidential and ACA-compliant.

How is my data protected?

We follow Australian Privacy Principles (APP) and use end-to-end encryption for all communications. Your personal information is never shared without your explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What if I need urgent help right now?

Do I need a referral to access your services?

No referral is needed for our free resources or private counseling. If you have a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, you may be eligible for Medicare rebates — we can help you check eligibility.
